I wrote this short fic for

fandomweekly under the prompt: unexpected kindness.

In a show with so many scenes that portray the absolute best of humanity, the part with Lito and the man in the elevator still manages to stand out as one of the most touching moments. When I read the prompt for this week, that scene immediately came to mind.
